Design Ready Controls signs deal for build-to-suit in Brooklyn Park

Capstone Quadrangle is developing a new headquarters and manufacturing facility for Design Ready Controls, Inc., a Twin Cities control manufacturer. The 105,000 SF building will be located on six acres along the west side of Capstone’s 20 acre business park, visible from Highway 169.  Construction began in spring 2015 and will be completed prior to year-end.
