Nightly News Reports on Ryan Business Park Developments

The City of Oak Creek fully supported Capstone’s development plans for the proposed Ryan Business Park (RBP).  Originally intended as an 85+ acre business park for multiple warehouse and industrial buildings, RBP’s development plan changed when Hillwood Development Co. LLC began negotiating in earnest to buy 75 acres for a large user.  On November 20, 2018, the Oak Creek Common Council approved the Hillwood plan for a 2.3 million square foot fulfillment center.  The City’s action was breaking news on Milwaukee’s CBS 58 News at 9 PM.
