Ryan Business Park – Updated Layout
The Ryan Business Park layout has changed to incorporate both the Amazon Distribution Center and the acquisition of land fronting Ryan Road. The resulting plan has two areas intended for development:
- Retail, Services and Hospitality users can take advantage of the highly visible and accessible 14.5 acres located at the intersection of Ryan Road and South 13th Street, and
- Industrial or Warehouse users can locate on the 16.17 acre parcel at the south end of Ryan Business Park.
