Business Park Case Study

Renner Ridge is a 74 acre “Class A” Corporate Office Park located in west suburban Kansas City. In this land parcel Capstone Quadrangle’s Kansas City partners saw opportunity. Originally zoned for industrial use by the city, we implemented a creative plan for a business park by taming the site’s serious grade fall. The resulting park accommodates over 900,000 SF of office space in a dramatic setting. Renner Ridge offers businesses a beautiful park views for their corporate offices, complete with pedestrian walks and engineered water features. The Park has protective covenants to ensure quality development over time, along with technical features such redundant electrical service, and fiber optic technology.
