We are considered very conservative in our analysis of risk, but take calculated risks when our research exposes better-than market opportunities. Capstone Quadrangle takes responsibility for all aspects of development. We develop projects on our own account and with our investors, to capitalize on market opportunities. We commit our capital to these projects and always have “skin in the game”. A critical aspect that helps distinguish CQ’s work is the emphasis on analyzing the viability, risks and opportunities of each site and asset. Our capital sources include institutional investment capital as well as private wealth. We are also retained on a fee basis by clients who ask us to handle the development of facilities they prefer to own.
