Ryan Business Park Catches Buzz

Milwaukee is beginning to talk about the Ryan Business Park, Capstone’s latest development project with our partner General Capital Group.  The 85 acre business park is located on Ryan Road immediately east of I-94, making it a very accessible location; a trait valued in today’s real estate market.

Much of the land for Ryan Business Park had been farmed for the past one hundred years by the same local families.  To acknowledge this history, a pocket-park will be created along Oak Creek, which runs through a portion of the Ryan Business Park.  The pocket-park will include a monument sign telling the story of the land.
