Capstone 41 – Breaking Ground on Phase 2

Earthwork has begun at the Capstone 41 business park in Germantown WI to prepare the site for the Phase 2 Building, a 294,614 SF warehouse/ distribution facility.  This is the second of three buildings planned for the business park.  Phase 2, planned for completion in Fall 2023, will be 260′ deep and initially have 37 truck docks (expandable to 72).  There will also be 87 shared trailer stalls located in a truck court adjacent to the future Phase 3 Building.

The construction team includes Berghammer Construction, Partners in Design Architects, and Pinnacle Engineering Group.  Phase 2 will be architecturally similar to the Phase 1 building completed in September 2022.
