“Capstone 41” Business Park proposed in Germantown

Capstone is planning three-building business park totaling nearly 800,000 SF in the Village of Germantown.  The development, named “Capstone 41”, will be situated at N128W21077 Holly Hill Road, Germantown.  This is 1/2 mile east of the I-41 / Highway 167 interchange on Holy Hill Road.  At this time, Capstone is working through the entitlement process, as reported in this BizTimes Milwaukee article written by Alan Zank –  Three industrial buildings planned at Holy Hill Road near I-41 in Germantown.

Sitework construction on Capstone 41 is expected to begin mid-year 2021.  Completion of the first building, at 202,455 SF with a 32′ clear height, is anticipated in mid-2022.  Two other buildings, each around 290,000 SF, are planned for the remaining site.
