PAUL QUICK II
Principal
Mr. Quick has been with Capstone Quadrangle more than twenty years, bringing expertise in asset management, project management, budget development and business planning. He has over 35 years of real estate development experience in office, healthcare, facility management, and redevelopment projects. At Capstone, Paul has developed over 400,000 square feet of outpatient medical building and related structures, and has provided property, portfolio, and asset management services to clients. Prior to joining Capstone Quadrangle, he was a real estate executive at Ameritech – SBC (now AT&T), responsible for investments and strategy for a 50 million square foot corporate portfolio. Paul received his Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Environmental Design degrees from the University of Minnesota.
