Capstone 35 in Burnsville, MN Sold

Capstone 35, the two-building development in Burnsville Minnesota, was sold to local investors.  Irby and Acme Tool each lease a building, having signed on as construction completed in fall of 2022.

The project was an infill site consisting of several parcels that were consolidated.  Organic fill required installation of a gas relief system under the floor slab.  Accessibility is the key characteristic of project due to close proximity to two freeway interchanges, one being directly onto I-35W.
