Phase III Precast Installation Underway

Work on the Capstone 41 Phase III building, a near twin of the Phase II building it shares a truck court with, is progressing as the exterior precast panels are being set.  Work was delayed a few days due to the heavy rains southeastern Wisconsin experienced in early August, yet the project is still on track to be enclosed in late fall and completed in early 2026.  This is a link to the Cushman Wakefield/ Boerke marketing brochure:  Capstone 41 Business Park Germantown Phase III
