Capstone 41 – Phase 1 is fully leased

As reported by Sean Ryan in the Milwaukee Business Journal [link here], Capstone’s recently completed Phase 1 building at the Capstone 41 business park in Germantown has been fully leased to WB Warehousing & Logistics.  With demand for space exceeding supply, Capstone will be breaking ground this fall on the 294,614 SF Phase 2 building to be situated just east of Phase 1.  The business park has a planned Phase 3 building, of a size similar to Phase 2, though a construction timeframe has not been determined.
