Capstone 41 Phase II Getting Enclosed

Work is progressing on Phase II of the Capstone 41 Business Center on Holy Hill Road in Germantown, WI.  The building is nearly enclosed and scheduled for completion first quarter of 2024.  The building, nearly 300,000 SF with a 36′ clear height, offers convenient freeway access and additional trailer parking.  Check the brochure for more details.  Capstone 41 Phase II Brochure

Phase II is the second of three buildings proposed in the Capstone 41 Business Park.  Construction of the third building is planned for Summer 2024.
