Capstone 94 is Taking Shape

Capstone Quadrangle and General Capital Group are finalizing plans for a 191,406 SF Warehouse/Industrial building to be constructed on a site fronting I-94 in the Creekside Corporate Park, Oak Creek.  The building, to be named “Capstone 94”, will be 200′ deep with a 32′ clear height, and have 20 docks (expandable to 55) and 4 drive-in-doors.  The location offers easy freeway access by its location 3/4-mile from the Ryan Road interchange via South 13th Street.
