Capstone 41 – Phase III Construction Underway

Work has begun on Phase III of the Capstone 41 Business Center on Holy Hill Road in Germantown, WI.  Berghammer Construction is working on the building pad and installing footings in anticipation of precast panel arrival on site in mid-August.  Full building enclosure is anticipated in late fall with construction completion in first quarter of 2026.  The building, 291,140 SF with a 36′ clear height, offers convenient freeway access and additional trailer parking.  Check the brochure for more details.
