Capstone Business Center at Creekside Sold

Capstone Business Center at Creekside, developed in 2003, was sold after 19 years of ownership.  The building, 100% lease to two tenants, had recently been updated.  The property has performed well, and management recognized the market would look favorably on this asset.  The sale of the building for $12.73 million, brokered by CBRE Capital Markets with assistance from Cushman & Wakefield/ BOERKE, was to a private Califorian investment group.  The Milwaukee Business Journal’s Sean Ryan reported the sale in a May 31, 2022 article.
