Capstone Proposes Pewaukee Medical Building

Capstone proposes development of a 32,000 SF medical building adjacent to the ProHealth facilities on Highway 164.  This will be a singe-story facility located on 3.6 acres of land; with ample parking at 4.5 stalls per 1,000 SF.  Located at W239 N1690 Busse Road in Pewaukee, the multi-tenant building is marketed by Founders 3 (formerly RPF Commercial).  Architectural services are being provided by Zimmerman Architectural Studios .
