Drone Flight over Ryan Business Park
Capstone is developing the Ryan Business Park (RBP) in Oak Creek, at Ryan Road and South 13th Street just east of I-94. Amazon is in the process of completing its 2.6 million SF building in the park, and Capstone has other land ready for development. This project has been 15-years in the making.
As part of the business park development, Capstone is responsible for upgrades to adjacent roads and other infrastructure. Our contractor, Berghammer Construction, prepared a fly-over video of the construction progress at the beginning of May, 2020. The video link is begins west of I-94, facing east at the intersection of Ryan Road and S. 27th Street. The flight proceeds east over I-94 to arrive at Capstone’s Ryan Business Park. Some highlights of the video are:
At 0:27 – arrive at S. 13th Street with RBP and Amazon building on right
At 0:35 – drone turns south over the front of RBP. The Amazon building is on the left and the cult-du-sac is an entrance road to RBP.
At 0:46 – the Oak Creek Bridge was rebuild by Capstone, and S.13th Street is widened for traffic (still under construction)
At 1:00 – view looking NE; RBP and Amazon building on the right. Ryan Road at the top and S. 13th on the diagonal
At 1:20 – view looking north with RBP and Amazon on the right. (Note: The large land areas just south and north of Amazon are yet to be developed by Capstone.)
