Favorable Weather Helps Construction Progress at Capstone 41

A mild fall is aiding Berghammer Construction as they prepare the Capstone 41 site for the first of three planned warehouse buildings.  Work is proceeding on the initial 202,455 SF warehouse building, being developed as spec.  At this time, footings are being placed in anticipation of precast panels due to arrive in early 2022.  Other Park features, such as the Holy Hill Road entrance and two detention ponds, are visible.
