It Took a Long Time…

It was about 15 years ago that Capstone’s Mike Faber first began thinking about what has become the Ryan Business Park.  The story of Amazon caught business headlines around Milwaukee and Wisconsin in the fall of 2018.  The background story of Mike’s diligence and perseverance to assemble the land came to light in a Business Journal article by Sean Ryan, which you can link to here.
