Handsome in Brooklyn Park

Site work is finishing in Brooklyn Park, MN, where Capstone’s two new warehouse/distribution buildings are attracting the attention of users and brokers.  The exterior painting is complete, adding character to the buildings.  Interior work is proceeding, and we expect work on both buildings to wrap up in September.

Brooklyn Park Construction Update

Capstone Business Center Buildings Shaping Up

Work continues on the East and West Buildings at the Capstone Business Center, and at a faster pace now the weather is warming.  The aerial photo, looking north across 93rd Avenue, shows that much progress has been made.  McShane Construction, the general contractor on the project, is working toward an early summer completion.

City of Brooklyn Park, MN, Approves Buildings

Design Ready Controls, a Minneapolis-based Control Panel manufacturer, highlights their new headquarters in this video developed for trade shows and their website.  Capstone completed the building in late 2015, and DRC consolidated their operations from three locations to this new state-of-the-art facility.  Click here to view the video.
