Capstone is Part of Ryan Road / S. 13th Street Activity

Capstone’s proposed 191,400 SF industrial building, to be located in proximity to the Ryan Road interchange of I-94, is under consideration by Oak Creek’s planning commission.  Capstone’s project joins other developments in proximity to Capstone’s Ryan Business Park, where Amazon has a 2.3 million SF fulfillment center.  Sean Ryan, reporter for the Milwaukee Business Journal, covered these developments in a recent article (link).
