Ryan Business Park’s Initial TIF Presentation

Capstone and Joint Venture partner General Capital Group  took the first steps toward creating a TIF district to develop Ryan Business Park, a Class A business park at 13th Street and Ryan Road, with a presentation to the Oak Creek common council on October 17, 2017.  The business park, which is situated just east of I-94 on the south side of Ryan Road, will be 89 acres when complete.

The Ryan Business Park partnership now controls all of the necessary park land, some of which had been in the owner’s families for nearly 100 years.  Capstone’s Mike Faber has been working on this assemply for 14 years and understands the generational ties felt by the land owners.  As a nod to the historical nature of the properties, a pocket park will be developed to preserve the history of the land and the railroad that operated there in the 1800’s.
