Capstone Acquires 11.3 Acres in Oak Creek

Capstone has acquired 11.3 acres adjacent to the Ryan Business Park in Oak Creek.  The land, which is in close proximity to the Ryan Road  interchange, is immediately adjacent to Capstone’s 102,000 SF Creekside distribution building, currently leased by Germantown-based MGS.   Capstone is looking to develop a 190,000 SF warehouse/ distribution building on the site in the near future.
