City of Brooklyn Park, MN, Approves Buildings

Capstone Business Park Development Site Plan

At its October 9th meeting, the Brooklyn Park City Council unanimously approved a site-plan review for the construction of two buildings as part of Capstone’s existing business park at the northwest corner of 93rd Avenue and Winnetka Avenue.  Capstone will begin construction on the two buildings, each about 110,000 SF, in late October.  McShane Construction is the design-build contractor for the project.  Brooklyn Park’s local newspaper, the Sun Post, reported the approval in its October 17th edition.
