Industrial Development Proposed for Burnsville Infill Site

Capstone Quadrangle is proceeding with development of a 2-building industrial project near the intersection of I-35W and Highway 13 in Burnsville, MN.  With pending City approval awaiting final review, construction will begin on the two 116,000 SF buildings in fall 2021.  Completion of the projects is anticipated in late fall 2022.  The project has been reported by Dylan Thomas and Sean Ryan of the Milwaukee Business Journal in a recent article [link here].

The site is actually a consolidation of six separate parcels, with excellent freeway access at two 4-way interchanges.  Each of the two buildings will be 212′ deep, with a 32′ clear height and 50′ x 50′ bays.  Capstone’s broker for the project is Matt Oelschlager, a Senior VP at CBRE [Capstone35_Brochure 2022].  The contractor for the project is Shaw Construction of Eden Prairie, MN.
