Plan Commission Approved!

Capstone announced they intend to develop a 190,123 SF Class A Industrial Building on their 11.3 acre property in the Creekside Corporate Park in Oak Creek.  The site is about 1/2 mile from the Ryan Road / I-94 interchange, and allows for freeway signage and visibility potential.   The building will be a state-of-the-art facility and include features such as:

  • Precast panel construction
  • Clear height of 28′ – 32′
  • 50′ x 50′ bays, with 60′ speed bay
  • Docks with levelers and drive-in doors
  • ESFR sprinkler system
  • 3,000 AMP 480/277 volt Electrical Service
  • Divisible to 25,000 SF

The building is being marketed by Cushman & Wakefield / BOERKE.
