MGS Manufacturing Group expands into entire building
MGS Manufacturing Group, headquartered in Germantown, WI, has expanded their finished goods inventory management operation to occupy our entire Creekside facility, Capstone’s first building in Oak Creek. This increases MGS’s footprint from 48,500 SF to 102,500 SF.
DRC Building nearing completion
November is the last month for construction work on the DRC building. It is a time to work on details, while DRC begins to set up their operations.
DRC Building Progressing in Brooklyn Park
By mid-August, the Design Ready Controls facility has all the steel in place and a roof being applied. One can begin appreciating building features such as the bold entrance canopy and second floor office space.

Design Ready Controls signs deal for build-to-suit in Brooklyn Park
Capstone Quadrangle is developing a new headquarters and manufacturing facility for Design Ready Controls, Inc., a Twin Cities control manufacturer. The 105,000 SF building will be located on six acres along the west side of Capstone’s 20 acre business park, visible from Highway 169. Construction began in spring 2015 and will be completed prior to year-end.
